The orders involved on this appeal amended the custody provisions of a judgment of legal separation of Betty June Bohn from Arlo L. Bohn. Such judgment was entered October 26, 1960, the court having found both parties guilty of misconduct sufficiently grave to constitute cause for divorce, but having found Betty June's equities superior. 1 The parties have seven children: Rebecca, aged 14 at the time of the hearing in 1961, Susan, aged 13, Katheleen, aged 11, Richard, aged 9, Donald, aged 7, Daniel, aged 5, and Dale, a boy, aged 3. In 1960, the court found that neither party was suitable for custody of the children, and the judgment awarded custody to the county department of public welfare for one year, the children to be left in the home of Betty June if she cooperated with the department.
